Mr Chua is the Chairman of the Victoria Wholesale Centre Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and holds a few executive committee positions as Chairman of new products group in Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He is a businessman with over 40 years of experience in international trading and wholesale products distribution in the SEA regions, including China, Taiwan, India, Australia and New Zealand. He is also the Managing Director and Executive Director for more than 15 companies in Singapore and Malaysia. He owns multiple businesses (including being an investor to several start up companies) across the globe and has a large network of international business contacts in a variety of industries.

Mr Chua currently holds appointment as Birland State representative in Singapore. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Aiodine Laboratory Pte Ltd since July 2021.
DR. PATRICK FERNANDEZ FRACI CChem

Dr Fernandez is a Radiation and Chemical Analysis expert with close to 35 years of experience.
He holds a number of post-graduate qualifications in Chemistry and Business. He has extensive experience in developing chemical analysis and characterization methodologies and in working with radiation detection for a diverse range of applications. He is actively involved in promoting the advancement of chemistry and radiation for security related applications, and in understanding chemical mechanisms associated with medical related applications to deactivate various pathogens, resulting in a patent for the Aiodine product formulation.
Dr Fernandez is a member of Singapore’s Technical Committee on Radiation Safety and Security. He sits as a board member on an International editorial board of an Asia Pacific journal whilst also serving as an editor and peer reviewer. He is an Adjunct University Research Supervisor and Mentor. Dr Fernandez holds professional membership status in several local and international Radiation and Chemistry institutes. He holds concurrent appointments as Technical Director, Chief Trainer, Radiation Safety Officer in various companies and is the Chief Technical Officer and Director for Aiodine Laboratory Pte Ltd.

Mr Chang HK is an Environmental Testing and Analysis Expert in Laboratory Research, Assessment & Consultancy with over 30 years of experience. He graduated from National University of Malaysia with Bachelor of Science (Honors in Environmental Science), National University of Singapore with Master of Science in Management and currently pursuing his PhD by Research (Part-Time) in Environmental Science with UMS, Malaysia.
He started his career as Environmental Scientist with Wimpey Environmental, UK for 3 years, Environmental Manager in Environmental Services Division of SGS Testing & Control Services (S) Pte Ltd for 6 years and Senior Manager of Analytical Laboratories (Singapore) Pte Ltd for 15 years respectively.
He was the Co-Founder/Director of Astar Laboratory Pte Ltd in 2014 – 2019 and is the Founder of Axiom Laboratory Pte Ltd as Principal Consultant/Director and Founder of Aiodine Laboratory Pte Ltd as Chief Marketing Officer and Director since 2020 till to date.
